DaBears in da rain...
You know, the game last night was pretty predictible to me. Here you have two quarterbacks, one an "All American Boy" who has always come short of the "BIG RING", and the "Unsure-about-himself-newbie" who makes mistakes and has to rely on his team's defense to pull wins out of a hat. I did get a little excited though after the opening kick-off touchdown, I have to admit that. But after two interceptions (and one for a touchdown, mind you), I knew it would end up the way it did. I know that Chicago's media will rip Grossman a "new one" on his performance last night. What's up with Chicago's teams? Coming up short all the time - can we say "Cubbies". I did like the rain bit. Added some excitement to all the turnovers and such. The rain and wet field should have given the Bears an advantage, but I guess the Colts were just more hungry for the win. What did you think about the game?
